After meeting with working with Rita, I have started a regimen that is perfect for me. The first 2 weeks, I lost 5lbs without working out, but i want to still do my part. I feel more confident that I can start working out a little more to add to my overall weight loss experience. Rita is very knowledgeable and attentive. She responds quickly to text messages and is very accommodating. I am so happy that I will soon experience less joint pain because of the weight I'm losing on this weight loss program.
